
Hero MotoCorp reported a 12 per cent year-on-year rise in profit after tax (PAT) to ₹1,349 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2025, while normalised PAT before exceptional items stood at ₹1,439 crore, up 20 per cent from a year earlier.
Revenue from operations increased 21 per cent year-on-year to ₹12,328 crore in the December quarter, marking the company’s highest-ever quarterly revenue.
Profit before tax (PBT) before exceptional items rose 19 per cent to ₹1,896 crore during the quarter. EBITDA stood at ₹1,810 crore, up 23 per cent year-on-year, with EBITDA margin at 14.7 per cent.
Hero MotoCorp sold 16.97 lakh motorcycles and scooters in Q3 FY26, registering a 16 per cent year-on-year increase in volumes. Growth was supported by strong festive demand and new model launches across categories.
The company reported strong traction in both EV and international businesses, with exports rising 41 per cent and VIDA achieving an 11 per cent market share. It also recorded its highest-ever quarterly revenue from parts, accessories and merchandising at ₹1,673 crore.

Conducive macro‐ economic factors and favorable GST 2.0 tailwind helped in revival of rural demand which further drove consumer traction for motorcycles and growth for the economy"
